Audi A4 1.9 TDI: Performance Issues & Solutions

Hello everyone,

I have an Audi A4 1.9 TDI PD with 130 horsepower, a new model from August 2001, with approximately 108,000 kilometers on the odometer.

'When I give it full throttle (120), it pulls strongly for a moment, then hesitates for less than a second, and then continues pulling. It feels like I'm briefly letting off the gas and then applying it again.'
'Also, I used to have a maximum speed of around 220, but now it takes a very long time to reach even 200, and I can only get up to 210.'

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Could it be related to the Large Language Model?

Yes, it could be. But it could also be many other things.
