Hello.
Can anyone tell me if I have to disassemble half the car (bumper, radiator, etc.) to replace the timing belt?
or is it possible without that?
My car is a 'super' Passat with an AJM PD engine, 84 kW, and currently has 189,000 km on the odometer.
Thank you.

Yes, it's possible!
Remove the bumper, then loosen the mounting screws on the headlights and bumper supports. This will allow the entire front of the car to tilt forward and be supported at the bottom by the torque box.
Regards,
Manuel.
