BPW Shaking on Audi A4 TDI: Causes & Fixes (Solution)

Description:
Unser BPW fing bei ca. 105.000km an, im heissen Zustand und geringer Last im Bereich 1000-2000U/min an zu ruckeln. Leichte Mikroruckler, als ob die Fahrbahn rauh wäre. Typischerweise also im Stadtverkehr bei der Heimfahrt, 4. Okay.
It became very annoying at 111,000 km.

Error memory is empty according to VCDS.

Following the thread mentioned above, the wiring harness of the PDE elements was replaced.
Parts list:
038971600 Cable assembly 48.35
038103483D Seal/Gasket 17.35
N90876892 Screw, quantity 4, price €15.00 each, totaling approximately €96.00 gross.

According to the workshop, only sporadic errors related to the PDE (Pressure Differential Element) components were recorded.

After replacing the wiring harness, the problem has not reappeared for 2000 km.

Thank you for the information. However, in the aforementioned thread, the PD cable harness was not the cause.

For the sake of clarity, we will close a thread once the issues have been resolved or appropriate feedback has been received.

It's pointless to suddenly apply different procedures to vehicles if the root cause of their problems is completely different or could be.

This would only result in a chaotic mess and excessively long, convoluted strings of text that the average reader wouldn't be able to understand or distinguish.
