Does the 110 HP TDI AFN engine, manufactured in 1997 with 75,000 km, cause the Sharan to go into limp mode?

In my opinion, the turbocharger isn't producing enough boost, is that right?
Shouldn't the target pressure be reached much faster?
The values were measured at full throttle in third gear, on a slight incline.
I have already checked the VTG (presumably referring to a specific type of coupling or connector) for ease of movement.
So, regarding the data, the turbocharger boost pressure just couldn't get up to speed.
Are there any leaks in the connection from the solenoid valve to the actuator and the rest of the system?
