hi,

While searching for the cause of my starting problem, the following possibility cannot be ruled out:
Since the car often doesn't start again immediately after being turned off, it's possible that the aforementioned relay is defective. Unfortunately, I don't know where this relay is located in my car or what its part number is... Can anyone help me with that?

'Where is the power supply relay for the engine/control unit located in a Volkswagen Golf 3?'

Relay 109 is located on the left side, below the steering wheel and above the fuses, in a socket. It should also have the number 109 printed on it. Therefore, it should be easy to find, even if I have found it before icon_biggrin.gif.

Regards,
Heart.

'Thank you!'

I didn't know that this was about the 109, which has already been discussed so much.
'Inspected the expanded part... it looks quite damaged. I'll just get a new one and then see how it goes!'
