Hi! I'm new to this forum.
Hat Do you have any ideas?
Thank you and best regards.
Jörg.

Hello.
I might also mention that I use a lot of biodiesel.
I wasn't aware of this issue before this forum. I strictly followed the specifications provided by VW (Skoda).
I felt dizzy while reading the reports about biodiesel.
Best regards,

Hello,
Please check the injection start control system to see if it's functioning correctly and if the static injection start setting is appropriate.
If you've read the technical articles, you'll also know why you should check the diesel filter or fuel lines.
Best regards, Rainer.

Hi Joerg,
"1.9 TDI" engines are available with 90, 100, 105, 110, 115, 130, and 150 horsepower - which one do you have exactly?
Okay, the term "Nadelhubgeber" already suggests a power output of around 90 or 110 horsepower.
When dealing with such problems, always specify the engine code whenever possible. This code is listed in the service manual and is usually something like ASV or similar.
The error code that your colleague read out would also be very interesting, as you could use it to search for similar problems in this forum. Furthermore, most of the articles in the technical documentation explain the errors.
I would have also guessed the NBF.
I once experienced a severe jolting problem with a Seat that had a 110 HP ASV engine, because the mass airflow sensor was faulty. It would only report zero mass during acceleration, causing the engine to completely reduce the fuel injection amount, only to then fully accelerate again – which resulted in a very rough ride.
Log the air mass readings - your mechanic should be able to do that.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

The one with 90 horsepower.
I had already replaced the mass airflow sensor before. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't with that.
To the best of my knowledge, the engine code is AVR. (The car is currently in the workshop!)
I think the error code was 550.
Thank you and best regards.

It's not an air *volume* meter, but an air *mass* meter (these are two different things!).
"Swapping" doesn't mean there can't be a loose connection in the cable - that's why I suggested logging the values that the engine computer measures , because the cable is part of the measurement circuit.

Hello Jörg,
Try changing the fuel filter. I just had the same problem.
Problem with my G4 (AHF/Automatic). Three days ago, I...
Replaced the filter - it had only been in for a year and 25,000 km (not an ATU filter).
Since then, I haven't had any more problems. This weekend, I will...
Let's cut open this old filter and see what's inside!
By the way, the error code is 17656, which translates to 'Injection start - control difference'!

Hi.
I finally took my car to a Skoda dealer. The service was arranged under the name of my friend, or rather, through his workshop.
I just received a cost estimate.
Apparently, the ESP is defective.
I'm supposed to pay 1,600 euros, including installation. I'm almost completely out of water right now...
Die ESP kostet incl. VAT likely €1,100.
Is that really so expensive?

Hello,
"Stop complaining and just change the diesel filter. Or is that already done?"
No air bubbles or foam in the hose between the diesel filter and the fuel injection pump?
Best regards, Rainer.

Okay, now I understand exactly.
The check valve in the pump is defective.
