Hi.

I've been lying under the oil pan for half a day and I can't get these two stupid screws into the flywheel (the ones that require a torque wrench... if you can even get them properly aligned).

How did you do that?
Can anyone give me some tips on how to get those things inside?

Thank you.

Hello.
Do you also have the correct screws? The two screws that go in there have an internal Torx recess and can be tightened with a Torx screwdriver.
Good luck.
Benno.

I need to correct myself: It's not a Torx screw, but an Allen screw.
You need to use a round-head Allen key.

Benno.

Everything is neither/nor. And it was finished tonight icon_smile.gif.

The screws had a SW10 (socket wrench) size on the outside and a Torx 40 size on the inside.

To make sure these two "stupid" things fit together properly, I bought new ones.

They only have SW10 available externally.

(I had Allen wrenches for my Golf 2.)

"Nevertheless, thank you."
