Sorry, I couldn't help myself icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif.

http://www.kp-tuning.de/Dieseltuning.htm
Perhaps there's something that can be added to Ulf's article on 'Chiptuning vs. Powerbox,' as it could still be supplemented with a few more pieces of information icon_lol.gif.

Happy weekend everyone!

Regards,

P.S. The reviews are absolutely amazing!

Hi,

Okay, that's true, it's definitely worth reading! I'm just wondering what percentage of the population actually believes this stuff.

irony on

I still have a whole bag of chips left over from work that we "salvaged" from a 286 motherboard - with that, we should at least be able to get the ASV up to 150 horsepower...

irony off

Best regards,

Jan.

You've been holding out on us! You didn't mention the hard wax additive for the engine oil (!).

"POWER plus is a special hard wax used in a specific process, which is added to the engine and transmission oil in a ratio of 1:4 to 1:5. Through the operation of the engine, all moving engine parts are coated with a thin, durable lubricating layer that prevents metal-on-metal friction. When servicing the engine, an oil and filter change should generally be performed simultaneously."

Another hilarious one:

"The task of the SHF system is to increase the number of ignition breakdowns per ignition event. This optimizes the combustion process and, consequently, releases more ignition energy."

I wonder what the knocking regulation says about that...

Unfortunately, I estimate that 95% of the "interested" readers icon_cry.gif.

...but perhaps 3% of them will become suspicious if they don't find a submenu for vehicle selection when they're looking for engine tuning options, as is common on many other websites...

Have you read this too? Reduced fuel consumption and improved driving performance thanks to adhesive strips!
That seems like the biggest hit to me...

Hello,
Every morning, some 'idiots' get up; you just have to find them, and then the business 'blooms'! icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

Have you seen this? Reduced fuel consumption and improved handling thanks to adhesive strips!

Ulf, these aren't just simple adhesive strips; they are so-called 'Material-Influencing Capacitor Chips (MKCs)' icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif.

regarding the functionality:

This technique was developed by Bernhard Hue, a certified automotive mechanic from Koblenz, who filed for a patent for it in 1994. ... The physically complex processes, which delve into the realm of quantum physics, will be omitted here.

The way it works on the chassis can be understood.

By attaching it to a suitable location, as determined by the electro-hydro-pneumatic cubic space-centered formula, the vehicle's handling characteristics change.
Perhaps this method can also prevent corrosion by using galvanic currents, similar to how it's done on ships, but instead with sacrificial capacitors.

Perhaps someone has actually tried this method, and there are testimonials available.
Have a nice weekend!

P.S.: I'm going to order some capacitors now.

Hi,

I'm going to chat with my old friend tonight; he's an automotive shock absorber designer.

Best regards,

Okay, I think the link has been discussed in enough detail icon_lol.gif.

Before a "creditor" possibly jumps in here and a pointless discussion ensues, I'm going to cautiously lock it up, just in case.
