Strange "wobbling" when not accelerating

Hello!

Today, I noticed a strange vibration in my Passat 3B 1.9 TDI AFN with 224,000 km, manufactured in 9/1998.

"Whenever I maintain a certain speed, I hear this noise, and it's quite loud. It also happens when I use the engine to slow down... but only at speeds of around 100 km/h or higher!"

Could it be the clutch?

When I accelerate, it completely disappears!
I also noticed a slight grinding noise when I carefully engage the clutch while in reverse.



I would appreciate it if anyone could share their experiences if they've encountered something similar before!

Or does anyone have any ideas what it could be?
