Resolution: "Crack in BKD cylinder head" (Solution)

As you can see in the pictures, cylinder heads from 16V TDI engines can also crack in a way that causes the exhaust side to become completely flooded with water.
That's why the diagnosis with a removed intake manifold is not always correct. I hope this helps other mechanics with troubleshooting and that this potential issue is also taken into consideration.
