I'm still unsure, though. I think I'm going to repair the nozzles myself and then have the prints made.

Replacing nozzles alone is not effective because the springs wear out over time, and the opening pressure becomes incorrect. Furthermore, the Bosch service can only adjust the first opening stage, not the second.

Ich habe meine Düsenhalter mit neuen Sitzlochdüsen ausrüsten lassen. Der Abspritzdruck wurde natürlich auch neu justiert. Die ganze Aktion hat etwa 230 Euro gekostet (ohne Aus- u. Einconstruction).
Considering that in 2004, Volvo and Bosch charged €232 each for four new injector holders and €378 for the injector holder with the needle position sensor, the potential savings are enormous.

That's really affordable.
Immerhin kosten alleine nur die Sitzlochdüsen ca. 145.- Euro bei 5 Zylindern, wenn man sie billig einkauft. Dann berechnet der gute Mann wirklich fair für die Arbeit. NNot bad.
