Ibiza TDI: Standheizung für 110PS Modelle

'Since winter is approaching and I still don't have a garage, I'm considering getting a parking heater installed, but I don't know anything about them. I only know that Eberspächer and Webasto are brands. How much does something like that cost with installation? What should I consider? Can I install it myself? I would be very grateful for your experiences/tips!'

Okay, so...
I have a Webasto auxiliary heater. It cost approximately 2200 Deutsche Mark two years ago.
Installing it yourself might not be easy, but a car mechanic or someone with the right skills should be able to do it. However, I would have a professional shop do it to ensure the warranty remains valid.

'It's definitely worth considering for a TDI engine, I have to say. Unfortunately, these things can sometimes break down, especially if you're unlucky. And then it gets expensive again... like it did for me. After 2 years of use and the warranty expiring, I now have to pay 600 euros for a replacement unit... great.'
