Hello.
I'm currently in the process of installing a boost controller in my car. In the instructions, I noticed that it's not currently possible to influence the boost pressure with systems like AHF because you don't know the signal from the intake manifold pressure sensors. Has anyone already done any research on this? Otherwise, I'll try experimenting and see how to manipulate the signal. I suspect it will be similar to how it works with an AFN engine. To do this, I need to set up a measurement circuit to determine whether the pressure is converted into a voltage or current signal.

While I believe a diode offers one possible solution, it's quite a crude method. It can lead to overshooting in the control loop and cause voltage spikes. I'll see what else can be done.
