Cause.
Vehicles with 1.9L engines (66/74/85/96 kW PD engine) within the affected vehicle identification number (VIN) and engine number ranges may experience issues with the tightening and loosening of the screws securing the timing belt pulley due to a burr on the contact surface.

Procedure:
For all affected vehicles, the camshaft sprocket bolt must be tightened.
