Hello!
First of all, thank you for all the information I was able to find in this forum.
The problem: The engine only starts after a long cranking period by the starter.
Currently, I'm at a point where error code 00550 reappears immediately after being cleared.
G80 has approximately 100 ohms.
N108 has approximately 15 ohms.
The cables and connections are actually fine.
A value is appearing as unusual in Vagcom.
Negative attitude - 04.
Ad group 000.
Display field 2 (start of injection) is 250; should be 28-68; optimal 48-52.
- is therefore much too high!!!
-Nach dem Stecker ziehen vom Nadelhubgeber stellt sich ein Wert von 38 ein. Is that okay?
Is the NH sensor faulty? Can it be repaired? The NH sensor is located on the injector and is said to be very expensive (complete injector: 074 130 202, price: 344.00€).
What does that thing have to do with cold starting?
For information: Today, without any connection to the NHG (presumably a specific system or device), the engine started "cold" (12°C). The starter motor turns only half a revolution, and the engine runs without any smoke or other issues!
Thank you very much.
Steffen-Axel.

Hi,
Please check (in your VAG-COM version, in the fault memory) or search here in the forum to find out which text corresponds to error code 550. Once you have found that information, please post the text here in the thread.
That text, "The needle injector is broken," definitely doesn't belong there!
Next, you should consider what the text might mean in relation to the "550" and perhaps technical articles would be a good starting point, such as "Testing and Adjusting the VP37 Injection Pump," or at the very least, use the search function with the search term "*550."
Best regards, Rainer.
