PIN Compatible? Easy Replacement - Is it Possible?

hi,
I have a T4 with an 88 hp TDI engine (engine code: AJT), model year 2000.
Can I simply exchange the existing msg: 074 906 018 B with the one from acv: 074 906 018 C?
What should be considered?
I know that the transmission is geared too short.

p.s.: An LLK (low-loss coupling) from ACV is installed.

The immobilizer needs to be adjusted. The rest might work.
