Hello,

I've been reading this forum for a year now, and I'm having a problem that I've done a lot of research on, but I still have a few questions.

I have a Golf TDI 1Z, manufactured in 1996, with 260,000 kilometers on the odometer.

Recently, it experienced a sudden drop in performance under full load and could only manage a speed of 150 km/h on the track.

Everything was normal again on the way home.

Error code read: 00575 Control difference...

Error memory cleared.

"This morning, it happened twice: after driving about 500 meters, when I had given the car full throttle in second or third gear, and then released the accelerator, the car started to idle roughly (like a tractor) and only reluctantly responded to further acceleration. After a few seconds, it ran normally again."

The car always starts without any problems.

Error codes read: No errors found.

All the measured values were within the tolerance range, and the boost pressure values were normal, but one thing is making me suspicious:

"In idle mode, ad group 00 should display similar values in display fields 5 and 6. In my case, display field 5 (intake manifold pressure) shows a '99', while display field 6 (atmospheric pressure) shows a '199'. Display field 5 logically changes when the accelerator is pressed, while display field 6 does not."

Okay, you could potentially point to the N75 (at least intermittently), but that doesn't explain the rumbling sound this morning.

The error message is not the problem... the 575 has been sufficiently discussed in the forum...

..it's about the data blocks:

"In idle conditions, ad group 00 should display similar values in display fields 5 and 6. In my case, display field 5 (intake manifold pressure) shows a 99, while display field 6 (atmospheric pressure) shows a 199. Display field 5 logically changes when the accelerator is pressed, while display field 6 does not."

...5 and 6 are supposed to be the same, but they are not...
