Error code reading

Please help with the error code display: Audi A6 C5, error code 01336, "Communication bus, data bus, comfort system" shows "37-00", indicating a fault. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Hi,

There's a fault in the comfort CAN bus (the communication line for various comfort functions such as central locking/power windows/interior lighting/mirror heating, etc.). Specifically, it's a broken wire, a short circuit to ground or positive, or a data line fault within the bus system.

The following is possible:

Short circuit between the data lines of the bus system.

The data lines of the bus system are reversed.

"A control unit connected to the bus system corrupts the transmitted data telegram, for example, the gateway or the comfort/door control units."

Are there any other systems where errors are intentionally programmed in?
It would also be interesting to know the part number and software version of the control unit that is reporting the error.

Yes, the address is 35 Zentakverr. Control unit 4B0 962258 D, coding 06721, 3 intermittent errors.

However, I have never been able to detect any errors in practice.
