Hi.
I have a Golf III, manufactured in 1997, which is a station wagon (estate). I wanted to install some Hertz speakers in the front doors. While doing so, I noticed that the colors of the speaker wires inside the door are blue/gray and brown/gray. However, when I traced the cables further and reached the inside of the A-pillar, I couldn't find those same colors anymore. There are three connector plugs attached to the A-pillar, which are presumably for the central locking system, etc. Can anyone tell me what the colors of the wires are that run from the A-pillar to the radio?

Thank you very much and best regards,
Mark.

The same colors must be present on the A-pillar as are found in the ISO connector within the radio compartment.
