VW T4 CLIMAtronic: 1999 Model

Hello,
The blower fan in the Climatronic system of my VW bus is not running at its highest speed.
I suspected a faulty resistor, but I can't find one.

If you're referring to one of the interior fans (which one)?

There are no pre-resistors. Each of the three blowers is controlled by blower control units, which are in turn controlled by the Climatronic system.
If the blower is not working correctly, the problem could be due to a mechanical issue (e.g., a clogged filter, the blower possibly being slightly blocked) or an electrical issue (e.g., incorrect sensor readings, a problem with the control unit).
If it's the front blower motor, sometimes hitting the relay with the number 140 can help. If it gets better then, replace it; it's a common problem.

I didn't know there were 3 blowers. I only know of 2: one for the passenger compartment and one in the front, to the right, behind the pollen filter.
And where is the third one?
