Hello

My sister has a 1999 Ibiza 6K1 with a 66kW TDI engine. It runs perfectly normally and doesn't really need much (6-8 liters depending on driving style). However, since I don't really know how it should perform, I can't say for sure if something is wrong. Well, that's why I wanted to ask how to check with VAG-COM whether at least from a settings perspective, something isn't right.

The engine should be in good condition; no oil needed even after 15,000 km (although, compared to a gasoline engine, it's like tar). Filters are all new. U-shaped pressure lines are sealed. And since there should also be no extreme engine noise, the air intake system should also be in good condition.

The modem I bought from the shop is just white, but I don't know which measurements I'm actually seeing. There are quite a few with values like mg/h, etc. Is there somewhere a list that shows which value corresponds to which block? Target Value

Are there any specific metrics besides the LLM score that I should pay close attention to? Can I also disable the AGR in the ahu simply by closing off the U-pressure line (closing off the line is, of course, clear), or are there any problems then?

And finally, you can somehow get a few more horsepower out without the risk of the engine constantly switching to limp mode.

He needs to drive 60km on the highway twice every day, but at least he will be driven and maintained in a reasonably warm/cold condition and properly maintained. BTW. Does one actually have to replace the fuel filter every 15km?

Ah, and he has this thin intake pipe attached to the air filter housing (it will probably be around 30mm), does that make any sense, or is it better to just remove it? According to the article, this should also be better for the loader.

Best regards, Marc

Hi,

Please, take a look first.
/newuser.php
Okay, then most of your questions should be clarified.
The AHU engine control unit automatically provides the target values for almost all sensor "Is" values, which are therefore also present in the measurement blocks.

A list can be found, for example, under:
/viewtopic.php?t=3128
However, this is no longer maintained because it doesn't make sense to record values that are already provided during the diagnosis.

mm

yes, I just found the table. But it's a shame that vagcom doesn't immediately label the windows. There are also label files, and it's possible that they don't work for some reason. After all, the engine isn't that new anymore.

Hi,

The label files are the responsibility of each individual distributor. {ORIGINAL_SOURCE}
If the part in your distribution is missing, I need the complete VAG part number.

Hey there

version I can't exactly say right now because the laptop is in the car. But it's the one that was there. VAG number of the control unit?? Without actually looking, Edgar says, 'for the Golf with AHU 028906021GG'
