Hello everyone,

Currently, I'm preoccupied with the following:

Is an air mass of 480 mg/H at idle, without EGR, normal?
(Engine running at operating temperature)
That seems like a lot to me.

The maximum EGR valve setting of 69%, which is controlled by the engine control unit (ECU) during normal operation, is just enough to reach the already highly adapted air mass value of 380 mg/H.

In the default MWB 3 setting, with a control value of 100%, the air mass is 230 mg/H.

Is my mass airflow sensor icon_eek.gif reading too high, or is my EGR valve sticking or not opening far enough?

Please, if anyone has an AGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve or a similar device, could you please post the target/actual values and the air mass values (target value 0 / 100%) at idle, as well as the basic settings for MWB 3?

Thank you very much and best regards.
Malte.

Are you looking here: http://www.dieselschrauber.de/Solldaten_Main.html

If you have a lambda sensor (oxygen sensor) from China with German packaging, I would recommend replacing it with one from Bosch as a first step.

If you have installed an LMM from China with German packaging.

Is that even possible? icon_eek.gif

The air mass sensor seems to be working fine. I have no idea why it's having trouble with the exhaust, but I'll leave it as it is for now.
