Engine Control Unit Login

Hello,

I'm looking for the login credentials to access the engine control unit (ECU) in order to adjust parameters like fuel injection amounts, which is typically a code like "12233" for four-cylinder pump-injector engines.

I need the part for an Audi A6 with a BAU engine, 2.5 TDI, manufactured in 2004, with 180 horsepower.

I would appreciate a knowledgeable answer or explanation regarding this model. Please refrain from making any inappropriate jokes or posting irrelevant comments.

If my memory serves me correctly regarding the recent opinions on this matter, such things either don't exist in newer models or are not known. The search function should be able to provide more information.

Of course, I've also read a lot about it to try and make progress, and that's how I came across these threads. As far as I know, there should be login credentials available for them.

It's really quite frustrating that you can't get anything out of it.
