SDI Injection Pump: Repair & Replacement

Hello.
I'm still having the problem of converting the SDI injection pump from a 2004 Polomotor engine that I want to marineize from electronic to mechanical. I had it sent in for conversion, but now it's being returned because the conversion isn't working; the mechanical parts apparently don't fit inside the housing.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for what I could do?

Hello Kopi.
The internal components of mechanical ESPs won't fit inside your enclosure, so you can forget about that option.
If I were in your shoes, I would try to get an old ESP, perhaps from a Golf, to work with the engine.
Perhaps your 'important parts,' such as the impeller and high-pressure component, will fit.
