What is the difference between the distributor injection pump from the ACV (75 kW) and the AHY (111 kW) engines? Since the part numbers from VW and Bosch are different for these two pumps, I assume that different internal components are used.
What does the part number indicate? VE5/11E1750L777 and VE5/11E1750L714-1.
Unknowingly, my friend had a refurbished pump installed, without specifically asking whether that pump had the correct internal components for the AHY

The type plate is not visible when the device is installed, and it is also possible that the internal components (e.g., the rotor...) do not match the information on the type plate.
After the pump was installed, the usual performance was not present. The "experts" quickly "adjusted" the MSW, and the performance was somewhat okay, but above approximately 3000 RPM and under load, things get very dark in the rear

In my opinion, the ACV pump needs to be removed and slapped in the face of that idiotic pump manufacturer.
