Fuel Injection Pump

I have a question.
Ich fahre einen Ford Galaxy 1,9 TDI 90 PS Motor kz. AHU.

"Because the car has been starting increasingly poorly for weeks, I took a closer look yesterday and discovered that the fuel injection pump (Bosch) is leaking."

I've marked the spot. Could this leak be the reason why the engine is hard to start?

I've also noticed that the fuel in the transparent hose is slowly flowing back towards the diesel filter.

I'm feeling nauseous because I'm having a stomach issue, and I'm hoping that the procedure tomorrow will fix it.
