Hello,

Yesterday, I used VAG-COM to change the settings on my comfort control unit from auto-lock to auto-unlock, then tested it and reverted the changes. Today, I wanted to access the control unit with VDS-Pro to enable window operation via the remote control. However, VDS couldn't connect to the KSG (comfort system control unit). Now, I can't access it even with VAG-COM either. Functions like opening and closing with the central locking button still work, as does opening/closing the windows using the door lock. I just can't seem to access the KSG (module 46) anymore.
Does anyone have any advice?

I've had that problem before; try disconnecting the battery for a while.
