Hello, I did a engine swap on an Audi A6 2.5TDi, year 07/2003, from a BDG to an AYM engine, and the fuel injection pump worked fine icon_smile.gif.
"I've only just exceeded the EGR valve regulation limit. How can I fix this? Or does the BDG model have a different EGR valve?" Can anything be recoded there?

The BDG (likely referring to a specific engine component) has a cooled EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system and a throttle valve to increase the EGR rate when necessary. Do you still have the BDG control unit installed?

Please measure the MWB 3, both with and without the EGR system activated, and check if the readings are reasonable.
