Hello, my AKN (automatic keyboard noise) is experiencing occasional, slight performance drops. The error code '575 - Limit exceeded' is stored in the fault memory.
The system's default setting 11 shows a pressure of 979 mbar with the N75 valve closed, and 1081 mbar with the valve open.
During a measurement run in measurement block 11, the pressure readings sometimes show an excess of 110 mbar.
The hose from the N75 valve to the VTG is in good condition and has been additionally secured with hose clamps.
Can the N75 valve be repaired/cleaned? ... Perhaps there's a clogged filter upstream of the N75 valve?
Sure, here's the translation:
'Thank you in advance.'

Are the VTG rods functional? Are the guide vanes functional? |

The VTG (Variable Transmission Gear) linkage is loose. How can I check the guide vanes? I was under the impression that the VTG strut is connected to the guide vanes.
The linkage moves approximately 15mm in idle, with or without vacuum applied.
Best regards,
René. |

Yes, the VTG rod and guide vanes are connected. It seems okay.
Okay, please provide a log of your boost pressure readings, including the valve control signals, and post it here. (Ideally, provide multiple logs.) 'Definitely one where the error occurred!'
Regards,
Private. |
