STG09 Label File for Golf GTI 2009

I am looking for the label file for the engine control unit (ECU) with identification number 09 and a 30-byte coding for a 2009 Volkswagen Golf GTI. I am using the VCDS system.

However, the label file cannot possibly be correct, as it does not display the complete 30 bytes using LCode.exe.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to the vehicle right now, so I can't take any screenshots of the LCode output. If I remember correctly, the output stops at byte 16. The remaining bytes are not decoded into plain text.
It should also be possible to display the encoding using LCode offline. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to achieve this.

Why "should" it be that way?

That's precisely why they are .CLB files, meaning they are encrypted, so they cannot be easily read or widely distributed.

If you really need it, meaning if it's actually connected to the car, then it can be decrypted .

How can I proceed with my actual problem, which is to display the 30 bytes of STG09 in plain text or bit-granular format, with the corresponding mapping?

Specifically, in LCODE, bits are marked with "1", but there is no plain text display.
For example, if the binary value 01110100 is located in byte 12, the corresponding plaintext is:
BIT2 x "Manually activate 'Coming Home'," and BIT5 x "Footwell lighting..."
What about the plain text display of the other bits? In this case, bits 4 and 6 are also set to 1.
The label file is not complete here. Many settings of the control unit are described on the web, which VAG COM or LCODE do not resolve into plain text.
Please help me.
