Hello,
My ATD is acting up a bit. Last night, on the highway, I noticed that it was making a slight exhaust noise when I was accelerating hard... at least, I could see the smoke from the exhaust coming from behind other cars in the headlights...
Furthermore, I have also noticed:
- Sometimes he seems "slow" or "stiff", but usually returns to "normal" the next day.
- Sometimes, the current fuel consumption display shows the same value, around 90% and around 100% throttle position on a straight road, meaning it shows, for example, a current fuel consumption of 18.5 L/100km when the throttle is at 90%, but if I press the throttle all the way, nothing changes and it remains constant at 18.5... However, this isn't always the case.
Further important information:
- No idling, no glitches
- Verbrauchswerte (Allrad!) mit Climatronic immer zwischen 4,8 - 6,5 Ltr/100km
- flawless response
- Virtually no oil consumption measurable (~ 0.5L / 30,000km)
- LMM is the first
- 223,000 km mileage
I initially suspected the LMM, as it has been there from the beginning... but it looks good, with no deposits - and the VAG-COM values don't show anything alarming, usually the actual value is slightly below the target value - but according to the technical article, this is not necessarily an error.
Do you have any more ideas?
What immediately came to my mind is a "leaky" AGR valve, which sometimes doesn't close properly - then it allows the intake pressure to escape into the exhaust system - this would result in soot formation and a loss of power.
I'm ruling out defective N75 valves, etc. as a possibility, as he should be able to store them in the FSP.
Greetings

For example, if the N75 is malfunctioning, then in the event of severe LD (Load Regulation) errors, something like "LD Regulation Difference Sporadically" will be logged, but without a specific reference to the N75. Gruß Ulf

[Translating...] okay,
wieder was gelernt...
Was mir da einfällt:
