Hello everyone,
Can you help me analyze the following logs?
I have not shortened it, but left it in its original form.
Audi A6, 2.5 TDI, manual transmission, engine code: BDG, manufactured in 2004.
2 Logs

Wouldn't that be a challenge for your tuner, or what's the problem?

So, you're saying that it's obviously a programming error?
The tuner has made adjustments twice already, but I can barely notice any difference compared to the first tuning.
I want to reinstall my original software and visit a tuner who might be able to do a better job.
I've already tried everything possible, or had things tested. So far, everything seems okay, but maybe you professionals can see more in these logs.
- Camshafts are okay (although they rarely cause problems on the BDG engine anyway).
-LD valve OK.
- Vacuum hose connection is okay.
- Turbo is okay.
- VTG (Variable Turbine Geometry) operating smoothly (tested with a hand pump and adjusted using the basic settings via VCDS).
- LMM okay.
- AGR okay.
- Replace air filter.
- New diesel fuel filter.
- Brakes must be free and unobstructed.

As previously announced, here is a log with the original MSG.
Are the charge pressure regulators (peak values) in good condition?
The air mass often falls below the target value, but it's not always the lowest reading when it comes to soot reduction. So, a new MAF sensor won't necessarily fix the problem, right?

Hello,
The boost pressure control and mass airflow sensor are okay. The question about the 'boost pressure regulator (peak)' is a bit funny; if you look at the log, it clearly states that there are no high over-boost values and that the target value is precisely regulated.
Looking at the log, where is the problem supposed to be, or what question are we trying to answer with it?
Best regards, Rainer.

Hello Rainer, thank you for your reply.
I once saw a log from another vehicle, and it didn't show those peaks in the boost pressure; instead, they were more rounded off.
The reason for this request, as you already know, is a previous performance enhancement that did not yield the desired results.
To make sure that everything was okay with the "hardware" and that the issue was due to the chip tuning, I created this log file.

To keep you informed:
It has now been determined that the turbocharger is intermittently sticking (which may also be the reason for the jerky throttle response). This also explains the inconsistent power delivery.
The loader will be serviced at the end of next week. I will then post a new log.
