Software consideration of nozzle aging :-O

Hi,

I just came across a characteristic curve showing that the rail pressure increases over time during extended idle phases, and this increase is dependent on the mileage of the injectors.

No joke, there are even values defined in it .

Someone should try to claim again that manufacturers don't consider the aging of components...
