Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with my Golf IV Variant, model year 2005, which has a remote central locking system and electric windows.
The passenger-side door is "safely" locked and won't open.
The wiring diagram (No. 74/3, from 2001) from "Freundlichen" refers to a brown T10p connector located in the coupling station on the right-hand side of the A-pillar. Where can I find these?
I removed the lower right panel in the passenger footwell and found only a black connector with 10 pins, where pins 1-8 are occupied. The wire colors don't match at all, and as far as I can tell, pins 1 and 5 are for the speaker in the door. The black plug is in a white holder, which could actually fit two more plugs, but it's empty!
Am I looking in the wrong place?
If I open this connector and lock it wirelessly, then the doors don't go into "safe" mode, but only into "locked" mode. ...Of course, only the front passenger door can still be opened from the inside

. So, something about this connector is definitely related to the door...
Background: According to the wiring diagram, the locking motor can be directly connected to pins 1 and 2 of the T10p. To open the door, I would like to do that!
According to the error memory, one of the microswitches in the door lock is sending an implausible signal. If there's a way to set a kind of "override" using VCDS, so that the engine is still activated even with an implausible signal, I would appreciate a description of the procedure.
Regards,
