Remote control for stand heater (Golf V) - programming

Hello,

I have the following problem: I would like to re-pair my original remote control with my original heater in my Golf V, manufactured in 11/2007.
The car was delivered with the built-in heating system and has been working perfectly so far. I have now replaced the battery in the remote control and also tried to program a second original remote control using VCDS. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, and now neither of them is working!

The search in the forum and on the web unfortunately did NOT yield a solution, as the descriptions with and without VCDS (which fuse needs to be pulled?) are very different or I simply didn't understand them - I'm not a VCDS professional!

Please send me a precise, step-by-step description for programming via VCDS or without VCDS by pulling the fuse. Disconnecting the battery is not an option, as it is securely mounted in the trunk.

I accidentally posted the wrong link earlier.

According to the part number and the label file used, it should work for you like this:
- Go to Control Unit 18 (auxiliary heating)
- Click the "Customize" button.
- In the adjustment channel 5, either enter "0" as the new value for radio receivers without sleep mode, or "1" for radio receivers with sleep mode.
If a value is already stored in the adjustment channel, save it again. What's inside you?
- Within 5 seconds, press the "OFF" button of the transmitter until the transmitter diode starts blinking.

Helpful would be, for example, a photo of the remote control you are using, as well as any data you know about the remote control for your space heater/remote.

Exactly as you described! The value in Adjustment Channel 5 was 1. I removed it and then simply re-entered and saved it. Then it also worked with the "training" of the FFB.

My 2017 Skoda Yeti Diesel DSG was delivered last week without any fuel flow for the auxiliary heater (due to clogging during transport).
The reordered FFB has arrived, and the dealer has no time for "further repairs" for the next 2 days - I have an appointment on Monday and need to bring the car in for 2-3 hours. Hm.... actually, I would prefer to do it myself and save the time and effort involved in scheduling appointments and waiting for responses, etc.
But I already tried today. As described above, this is not possible.

Uh... I don't quite remember it off the top of my head.
But it can be carried out exactly as described above.
Channel 5 was already selectable.
I have changed the 1 that was already there to 0 and then back to 1.
Then "Accept" clicked and also quickly on "OK" in the next window
then it will work, and then hold the OFF button on the FB until it blinks red.
But it didn't amount to anything. The space heater is not responding to the remote control.
When I pressed the "On" button, the green LED only blinked and nothing happened.
