Hello,

I'm having a problem with a Polo 9N2, engine code AZQ.

He keeps complaining about the cat's effectiveness, sometimes for months without any yellow light.
Every three days, of course, and today is one of those days, as I have a TÜV appointment at 3:00 PM.
After clearing the error, you typically need to drive at least 100 km before the 'Readiness' indicator comes back on.

I saw that it's possible to set a 'readiness' status. Which script do I need for that?

Here's the error.

Hello,

The following is provided without warranty; please test it on the engine control unit.

- Engine idling, basic settings 071 and 070 (EVAP test).
- increased engine speed*, basic setting 034 and 036 (O2 sensors), basic setting 046 (catalytic converter)
- Engine idling, basic setting 077 (secondary air).

* In the basic settings dialog, click the [On/Off/Next] button at the top, then press both the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously. The engine control unit then increases the engine speed.
If there is no [On/Off/Next] button, maintain the speed at approximately 2500 rpm by using the accelerator pedal.

Please provide feedback.

Best regards, Rainer.

Hello Rainer,

The sizes 34/36/46 fit perfectly, and they also have the corresponding [items/sizes].
Bits set in the readiness status.

70, 71, and 77 don't seem to be useful here.

Thank you for your help.

Regards,

Faxes.
