Golf V BKC engine shakes/vibrates until approximately 60°C

I have a Golf V that vibrates or jerks when accelerating until the coolant temperature reaches approximately 60°C.
The owner personally replaced the dual-mass flywheel and the PD (positive displacement) piping, and measured the compression (30-32 bar on all cylinders).
He mentioned that it doesn't run smoothly even when idling, but I didn't notice anything myself. I'll let it cool down now and try again.

During the test drive, in addition to the jerking, I could also hear a loud, nail-like sound.

I noticed nothing unusual in the MWB 013-018-023 data except that the LL (likely referring to a specific data field) shows a value of 8 twice for cylinder 2, and once during driving at timestamp 240.97, only for cylinder 1, showing a value of 128. Perhaps I was briefly experiencing thrust at that moment.

Of course, the error memory is empty.

Did you measure the 60°C coolant temperature, and if so, did you see the reading in the instrument cluster's data blocks or in the corresponding data block of the engine control unit?
The temperature sensor is a dual sensor, with one sensor for the combination unit and one for the engine.

If the engine detects a coolant temperature that is too low, this would explain the knocking, as a result of which the fuel injection timing is significantly adjusted towards "early".
It's best to replace the temperature sensor; it often malfunctions, is inexpensive, and very quick to replace.

It would have been useful to log the start of the injection process... or to have a video showing the sound of the engine.
