Good morning.
I have a question about something. My SRA isn't working. Since I replaced the light switch recently, I wanted to check if it has a pin for the SRA (Schutzleiteranschluss).
The pin is located on the switch, but there is no connection at that specific point on the connector where the wiring harness connects to the vehicle. Xenon headlights are, however, originally installed (as indicated in the equipment code).
How does the control unit receive the information that the lights are on, so that it can also activate the pump for the rear window wiper when the wiper lever is engaged?
Okay, so the fuses and relays are fine. When I access the vehicle's onboard network (09), the adaptation function shows errors and unavailability for all channels. Do I need to log in? I can access other control units, and sometimes I can see something during the adaptation process. However, for some channels, it says I need a licensed interface. I officially purchased VCDS from Kaufmann, and when I click "about" in the VCDS program, it shows a license number and the license status is activated. Then I should be able to assume that I can get into everywhere.
The SRA (Sensor Reading Acquisition) function works correctly for actuator diagnostics.
I would be very grateful for a response.
Best regards,
Wolfgang.
