1.6 TDI Injectors: Siemens Remanufacturing?

Hello guys,
I actually thought I would find something by searching, but I didn't.

Here's the problem:
Rough engine running, misfiring, 200,000 km.
-> Repair or rebuild injectors for a Golf Plus 1.6 TDI CR.
This morning, I called a reputable diesel service shop nearby, and they told me that the injectors are made by Siemens, and that there are no replacement parts available, only cheap, Chinese-made parts that they wouldn't install.
Others offer it online.
Do you have any experience?
