Audi A2 Throttle Body, cannot set default settings

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with an Audi A2 engine, engine code BBY.
The throttle lever does not allow for the default setting.

When I perform a test with the actuator, the valve opens and closes properly. However, when I control it with the measurement block 60, it only vibrates slightly and opens minimally. Shortly thereafter, an error message appears.
I'm trying to upload a video, as well as some pictures of measurement block components.

yes, we don't know, so we use VCDS here. The forum also generates revenue with it.

Yes, it works the same way as in the instructions.

It is also possible that this is due to the fact that the error code P1581 "Base setting not performed" is stored in the fault memory. This, however, cannot be deleted as long as it is not linked

Use VCDS with a license, but there are often problems with "third-party devices".

My Autodia S101, which I use "occasionally", also sometimes refuses to function properly, and these issues can usually be resolved with the VCDS diagnostic system.
