Hello everyone in the forum,
I'm having another problem with my Touran 1.9 TDI, engine code BLS, manufactured in June 2010.
Exhaust fumes inside the car. Turbo and DPF are new. No leaks can be detected.
As far as I can tell, the AGR radiator is still the first one and appears to be leak-free.
Before I remove the AGR cooler for a closer inspection, I want to address the error codes from the VCDS scan. The water pump was replaced in December, and I bled the system and started the engine using VCDS, and everything seemed okay at that time.
Two weeks ago, my driver reported a large cloud of smoke coming from under the Touran, similar to what you'd see with a clogged catalytic converter. Please review the scan data.
Thank you for your help, Wolfgang.
