automatic mirrors

I have installed an interior rearview mirror with automatic dimming, which works perfectly. However, I'm having problems with my exterior mirror. It doesn't dim properly, creates a colorful border when "dimming," and blurs the image. I did create a wiring diagram, but I'm wondering if I've connected everything correctly. The second mirror is not connected to my car, but they are wired in parallel, which shouldn't be a problem. Maybe my used mirror glass is "just" damaged. Does anyone know anything about it?
