Water Temperature AKN

Hello, I'm having the following problem...

According to the temperature gauge in the instrument cluster, the coolant temperature in my AKN engine barely exceeds 60°C. The needle hardly moves when the ignition is turned on.
The temperature measured on the engine block with a handheld device was approximately 85-90 °C (however, this was only after about 25 minutes, while idling, and measured with an infrared surface sensor in strong wind). The temperature at the radiator was around 70 °C.

How can I display temperature values using VAG-Com? It would be great to have a description/explanation of the channels.
