Hello!

Today, while accelerating at full throttle on a downhill slope in my Golf IV with a 115 hp AJM engine and 18,000 km, I noticed a brief hesitation, as if the ignition key had been briefly removed.

Is it possible that he briefly inhaled air? The fuel tank was at the top of the reserve level.
I haven't noticed that symptom anymore.

Is a defect imminent here?

Hello,

Check the error database under "PD-Stuttering."

Furthermore, cracks or disconnections on the circuit board within the power supply relay can also cause these issues.
(Relay number 109).
It's also listed in the error database...

Goodbye.

Today, it had the same 'weird noises' again. This time, I briefly accelerated while in 'drive,' and the symptom reappeared. This time, it's comparable to a gasoline engine running on only three cylinders for a short period.

Hello,

Have you ever had the error memory read out?
If so, please post the content here.

Bye.

I'll do it next week, and I'll share the results then.

Hello RaZoR.
'I have the same engine with approximately 60,000 km and have been experiencing the same problem for the last 5,000 km. I rarely experience the misfires, maybe twice at 100 km, and then nothing for a few hundred km. The misfires only occur under load, when you really accelerate. Have you found a solution? I've already replaced the voltage supply relay, but that didn't fix it. My mechanic doesn't really know what the problem could be.' They also didn't find anything in the error memory.

See you later.
Hubse.

That's the problem!

The stuttering has strangely disappeared for me.
No error codes, absolutely nothing.

I'm staying focused. Don't pay 21,000 euros for a broken car.

Regards,
Michl.
