Hello.
I posted a while ago that I wanted to buy an A4 B6 8E. However, since I absolutely want a 6-speed transmission, and the older 1.9 models don't have it, my choice will be a 2.5. Now, I'm wondering which specific engine code (MKB) I should buy, and how can I identify it at first glance!
Apparently, the AFB wasn't very popular, right? Was it even produced in the B6 generation? Is the AYM better? What should I generally look out for?
I would appreciate responses.
Best regards.
Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:
'Didl' is a German word that means 'a small amount of something.' It can be used to describe anything from a tiny speck of dust to a large pile of sand.
Here are some examples of how to use the word 'Didl':
* 'There was only a Didl of sugar left in the jar.'
* 'The children were playing with a Didl of sand on the beach.'
* 'I saw a Didl of a bird fly by my window.'
'Didl' is a versatile word that can be used to describe anything from something very small to something relatively large. It is also a fun and playful word, which makes it perfect for use in children's stories or other lighthearted contexts.

Hello didl,
Don't you mean the A4 B5?
The AFB was replaced by the AKN sometime in mid-1999.

Hello Marco.
No, I mean the B6.
But your answer is already reassuring me a bit!
