Hi,
Yesterday, I pushed the car to its limit (200 km/h) with an outside temperature of 5°C, and I kept an eye on the oil temperature. After approximately 10-20 kilometers of continuous operation, the temperature then rose to about 118°C.

Isn't that a bit much?

My Audi 80 Coupe (5E) sometimes reached temperatures above 160°C when under full load.

120°C is generally considered safe.
