TDI 81kW AHF Tuning: Performance Upgrade

Hello, I have a Volkswagen Golf 4 TDI.

Engine: 81 kW - AHF; Mileage: 150,000 km.
Transmission: DEA

Okay, I've heard and read a lot about tuning TDI engines, and I'd like to know what you would recommend.

Chip tuning a 150,000 km engine from 110 to approximately 140 horsepower?
- Are there any issues with the motor's durability, and will its lifespan be significantly reduced? What will the maximum speed be then?

Install a new turbocharger from Garett?
- What kind of performance increase can be expected? What is the approximate cost? And does anyone happen to know the exact model number (part number) of the turbo?

Install a different intercooler?
- What type of engine oil is suitable for that? (Mercedes E300 Turbodiesel)???

Gertiebe:
- Integrate a longer translation (if applicable, which one? Do you have a part number for that?).
or
- Install a different gearbox with a 6th gear (which one is compatible with the existing mounting points, and what are the model numbers of the gearbox?).
