Idle Speed Fluctuations: Causes & Fixes

"I had the emissions test (AU) done on my car (A 6 2.5 TDI, 5-cylinder, engine code: AEL) yesterday - it passed! My problem is that the idle speed fluctuates, especially when the engine is warm, between 750 and 830 RPM. I had the error memory read - everything is okay."
Now I searched the forum for similar issues, but I couldn't really find anything.
I haven't experienced any loss of power, and I don't have any other problems, except that the engine, especially when cold, tends to be difficult to start.
Could you help me with that ?
