I've been playing around with the Webasto software today. Unfortunately, I can't connect to my heating system with this version, but I could with the older version. Has anyone else had a similar experience, or can anyone offer a tip on how to fix the problem?
It is a ThermoTop E retrofit system.

Hello, what you have there is not intended for use with standard interfaces. Eberspächer and Webasto offer their own interfaces for this purpose, as the communication protocol of those devices is different.

If the auxiliary heating control unit communicates with your PC/laptop, do you receive data?
The program can run, but it won't work with your interface because yours uses a different protocol.

With the older version, ALL of the program's functions are available in combination with the heating system. Therefore, communication works perfectly!

I could potentially look into D4WSC or D5WSC.

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to change the automatically generated 22°C target interior temperature during auxiliary heating operation using Webasto software? (This refers to an SH system originally installed in a Passat 3C).

No matter what temperature I had set previously, either in the seat heating or in the Climatronic system for the car's climate control, as soon as I activate the seat heating, it automatically sets the desired interior temperature to 22°C, and I would like to change that!
