hello,
From the beginning, his (2.0 TDI manual transmission) car has exhibited a speed-dependent rattling noise. This occurs when driving slowly in stop-and-go traffic or in the city, or when driving for a period with little load (e.g., downhill followed by stopping). The noise becomes louder when the clutch is pressed and quieter when it's released (and also quieter at higher speeds). After driving for about 2 km on the open road, the noise disappears.
Due to. Clutch-related issues likely exclude hydraulics or something similar; I don't know exactly what's inside this thing, (maybe the air conditioning is connected to the clutch pressure plate (just kidding) ).
Unfortunately, my Tesla recognizes an area of 10 km around my Volkswagen dealer, within which it operates in a completely silent mode. I haven't been able to demonstrate it yet.
Is anyone familiar with something like this?
Okay, here's the translation:

It seems like the recall process has already clarified the issue, and it appears there's a problem with the clutch.

Hi,
You're welcome for the solution.
Can you possibly provide more details about the error so that this post can later be found through search and directly explain the solution?
possibly a recall action number or a technical description.
Thank you.

I checked today, and it seems it's not my problem after all.
If you quickly release the clutch pedal, something might pop out from the linkage.
A throttle valve is being installed now.
More details when I know them. |

According to my VW dealer, the recall only affects Tourans with 136 horsepower, so it shouldn't be related to my problem. I've heard the noise three times, and haven't heard it for almost 1000 km now. Maybe something just needed to break in. It's still strange, though.

Okay, so after not hearing anything for 2500 km, it's back today after a longer drive: a distinct clack-clack-clack sound when the clutch is pressed. I'll get that confirmed by VAG. |

Came across this post again after a long time.
Known to VW;
Two metal plates collide at the connection between the clutch and the engine, and this collision produces the noise when the temperature is high.
problem anymore.
It was replaced when the clutch was renewed under warranty at approximately 80,000 kilometers. Okay, no problem.
Sure, here's the translation:
'Note:'
At 150,000 km, the transmission failed; that shouldn't happen with a car that's supposed to be so expensive.
VW covered 40%, my dealer covered 10%, and I paid the remaining 50% myself (which was €1500!).
What a load of rubbish! ;-( |

..my brother's car is a VW Golf, manufactured in December 2004, with a 140 horsepower TDI engine.
So far, broken front suspension spring, faulty instrument cluster, defective turbocharger.
The vehicle has less than 100,000 km on the odometer, but it has still consumed approximately 2,000 euros worth of fuel, including. Goodwill shares, etc.
Therefore, that's what your is all about. |
